We just completed a two night stay at this hotel. Wow! What an incredible experience! The Park Hyatt Milan is now one of our favorite places we've ever stayed. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a Junior Suite (thanks Amex Platinum); the room is very spacious and stunning! Every staff member went above and beyond to be helpful and make our stay as special and memorable as possible. We were joyously greeted at all times and the staff made us feel like it was genuinely their pleasure to help us. We were so comfortable in our room and throughout the hotel. The hotel is centrally located right in the center of town. We absolutely loved this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. Bottom line - you are missing out on one of life's greatest pleasures if you do not stay here. We're looking forward to our return!
