Struttura un po’ datata ma comoda perché vicinissima al Forum, punto di forza dell’hotel. Infatti, non c’è bisogno di prendere l’auto che si può lasciare nel parcheggio esterno o nel garage coperto non custodito. Camera datata, priva di bollitore ma frigo bar dotato di scelta. Grossa pecca: bagno sporco e kit di primo pronto soccorso assente. Sfortunatamente il mio partner ha avuto un incidente e in reception non ci hanno fornito neppure un disinfettante. Inaccettabile per un 4 stelle.

Went out of their way to help us when we needed to book an extra night at the last minute. Even though the room we were staying in on the first night was booked by someone else the following night. They rearranged their bookings to keep us in the some room.

Good: executive room was great and up to date.. with the exception of window, very clean. Big room too. Very nice garden and plenty of parking, overall great. Bad: old building, somewhat scary elevators, could not figure out how to turn off the ac and night shift did not speak English well enough to assist without coming to the room.

It was a perfect stay. Cool AC, very clean room, beautiful interior, helpful staff. The mosquitos were an issue but, unlike the rest of Milan, they identified it as a problem and provided a solution with mosquito repellant plug ins for the room. The food was fantastic, the drinks as well. There's a huge mall about a 4 min drive away with free (at the time) parking with lots of shopping options, a good court, and a very large grocery store. Staying at the Royal Garden Hotel was the best part of our trip.

We loved staying at this hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful! It was quite a long walk from the metro but the staff was always ready to assist with taxi transportation. It is the last stop on the metro, so quite a ways out from Milan. The rooms were nice, a little outdated but the a/c worked perfectly! We were very impressed.
