We stayed at one of the Via Morigi suites, which was a very nice little apartment. The bed was a little soft for our preference, but no other complaints. Great area in walking distance to tram & train stops, convenience store, shops & restaurants.

A wonderful combination of old charm and modern conveniences. The staff was absolutely fantastic and couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect! If we return to Milan, this is where we will stay!!!

First impressions of Santa Marta Suites was not spectacular. The crane 100 feet away from the property was a bit of a downer but was easily overcome by the professional desk staff. They really went out of their way to insure that my stay was enjoyable. They set us up for a fantastic diner at the Trattoria across the street that was one of the best meals we enjoyed in Italy.

The room was great, except no hot water in the shower. We stayed 2 nights and never had hot shower water. Also the directions to get to hotel are confusing if you are driving, as gps doesn’t know that the end of the street is blocked with construction, so can’t find the hotel.

Great location, we walked everywhere - Duomo, Cenacolo Vinciano, Parco Sempione etc. The room was lovely and very spacious (we had a Junior Suite), although we were given the last available, which had an accessible bathroom - we think the hotel should advertise this. Noise from the bars at the end of the street was an issue; on a Thursday it was quiet by midnight, but on a Friday it kept us up until 1:30/2am.

Charming hotel in quiet Central location
Charming hotel with character in good central but quiet location. Easy walking distance to restaurants,shops,and the Dumo. The reception staff were extremely helpful through out our stay. Im very grateful to them for their assistance.

Our stay was very pleasant,the stuff is very supportive, the room and bathroom was spacious and clean , the breakfast was included and very good. The location of the hotel is very convenient, a few minutes away from the Dome .We will definitely stay in this hotel the next time we will visit Milan.

Value is in the room size
If you are looking for a spacious, affordable stay with minimal amenities, Santa Marta Suites is a good option. Upgrade to a suite for a much bigger room. The desk staff was very kind. Extra amenities were expensive and fell short such as the bar and breakfast. Bottled water, which is often provided free of charge, was 3 euro a bottle. Laundry prices were very overpriced. The best value is the room itself in a nice location.

We had a wonderful stay at Santa Marta Suites. The staff at all times of day were very helpful and accommodating, our room was charming and spacious, there are plenty of delicious restaurants nearby, and the rooftop patio has wonderful views of the city and Duomo. We will be back!
