"Friendly staff, spoke English. Had pedicure and massage - both were wonderful. Nice, easy walk to main center. Parking is easy. Steps to the beach, but you have to pay for umbrella and beach chair. Free Breakfast is a proper breakfast!! Views are lovely. WiFi was spotty in my room and the ac made a chirping sound. Other than that, enjoyed the stay. "

"Outdated and not like advertised photos. Staff overcharged for parking and were rude, hostile and threatening and personally attacked when we left our first Expedia review. Very disappointed that a standard review on check in identified us and resulted in us being harassed and threatened by owner. The most unprofessional and worst hotel experience in 30 years of travel. "We booked a room with 1 queen and 2 twin for 4 adults and ended up in a very small room with single bed bunk beds. We could hardly open our suitcases due to limited space. The washroom was also small. The front desk staff was rude and inconsiderate. The hotel is old and needs updated and is not what it looks like in the photos. The best thing about this hotel was location to the beach and the buffet breakfast. Overall disappointed. "

"The hotel is in a great location, about 25 metres from the beach and not far from Papete, which is the main beach club in the evenings. It's about a 10 - 15 mins stroll from the main strip with all the restaurants and bars. The hotel lobby is very nicely decorated and the pool and breakfast dining area are lovely. The hotel staff are also nice and helpful though were unable to provide maps of the area! Unfortunately the bedrooms in the hotel do let it down a bit. They were clean and the beds...
