The biggest issue was that we visited during the off-season, and it would have been helpful if we had been informed in advance that the restaurant, pool, and activities would be closed. "I arrived very late at night and was .ade to feel very welcome by the lady who usually lives in istanbul but was on holiday to help her uncle who owns the hotel. He was also so lovely.
