You will be most impressed with this quaint and very modern two bedroom spacious apartment which is ideal for a single guest, a couple or even a small family that would appreciate space and comfort of staying inner city, with only a short stroll or bike ride to the Murray River, a five minute walk to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, clubs and cinema. Free unlimited WiFi is provided along with a smart TV for guests to use with their own account to access non free to air programs. A DVD player is available with a small selection of dvd's.
Recently renovated and refurbished with quality fittings and soft furnishings, this superb apartment is very secure and private from the outside world.
The well equipped kitchen will satisfy even the fussiest of cooks, including a coffee pod machine, dishwasher etc. A small gas BBQ is readily available to use.
If relaxation is what you after - then you will find it easy to unwind in the fully air conditioned apartment or outside in the delightful vine covered alfresco courtyard - perfect for our balmy summer days and catching the glorious morning sun in the winter.
Two spacious bedrooms and a modern appointed bathroom make this unit absolutely perfect for 2 couples who are after a lovely weekender - or for longer term accommodation which is ideal for sharing.
The master bedroom consists of a king size bed and built in robe and the second bedroom has a queen size bed also with built in robes.
All bedding including linen and towels are supplied.
Cot and highchair available upon request.
The gardens surrounding the apartment are well maintained displaying lush green lawn, shrubs and shade trees.
The single enclosed lockable garage has interior access through to the apartment.
We provide a strict cleaning protocol along with hand sanitiser and cleaning wipes.
You will be definitely pleasantly surprised when you walk in the door!

Was a perfect place for what we needed and in an excellent location. House was in a quiet neighbourhood but a quick walk to downtown Mildura where you had everything you needed. Would highly recommend!

Clean, spacious and comfortable.
Very impressed with the way the property was presented. All the facilities were excellent including lovely outdoor area. The air conditioning throughout the whole house was wonderful as the weather during our stay was very hot.
