"I've been staying in the county at least once a year for the past 15 years and this place is definitely one of my favorites. It is such a beautiful place and so tastefully decorated. It is also spotless. Communication with the owners was always very prompt and very helpful. And the location was fantastic - very short walk to main street in Picton. While we didn't get to use the decks and backyard (it was November), they looked great too. Oh, and did I mention, there's 3 bathrooms? I'd book here...

"This Lake house was recently renovated and is sitting on the banks of Picton bay. Cool breezes and lots of shade. Our Host was there to greet us. Then cottage was air conditioned and the beds were comfortable. The four of us had a very enjoyable week at this cottage/home. Lots of chairs were available as well as many outdoor games to entertain children. A+++"

"Our family greatly enjoyed our week staying in Watercombe. The waterfront is stunning and we frequently took out the kayaks to explore the bay. All amenities worked very well for us. One note for anyone staying longer (we stayed for a full week) would be that trash and recycling have to be driven out to the main road on collection day and there is not an outdoor bin to store a trash should you generate more than one bag."

"We are 4 adults who had an excellent stay in this spacious home. The common areas are large, and the kitchen is well equipped. There are enough towels, paper towels, dishwasher pods and toilet paper provided for the duration of the stay, which is much appreciated. Our 2 favorite rooms were the large room on the first floor and the large room above upstairs with a toilet. We enjoyed eating outside, even though the bugs liked to tease us. We love animals, so we loved discovering the visitors on...

"Five of us met at this VRBO property for a long weekend of wine and cider sampling, shopping, touring and walking. The spacious, clean and comfortable house allowed us to each have our own room and to gather easily in the large, well-equipped kitchen, dining room and TV room for a great visit. "Serene, calming and wonderfully relaxing. No detail was overlooked which only added to the sheer luxury of the experience. From the very personal check-in to the high-end toiletry products to the small touches like the delicious cookies and s'mores kit, our stay at Wander was well beyond what we could have anticipated. The complimentary use of the in-cabin Polaroid camera to capture our special moments was a fun added touch. Visiting in November, we knew that some of the amenities would have been closed for the season and that the spa hadn't yet reached its completion. However, this in no way detracted from the experience. We made use of the hot tub and sauna, had a wonderful meal at the on-site restaurant, Gather; and even had some time to sit around the fire, wrapped in the cozy blankets provided for us. The only blemish was a couple of hairs in the sink and bathtub on our arrival - though certainly nothing that we were going to make an issue out of. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our time at Wander and simply can't wait to return!"
