"Adorable house! So many windows, great view from all of them but you never feel like the neighbors are watching. The master bed placement is perfect. Wake up in the middle of the night and you can see the ships on the ocean. Quiet neighborhood. Comfy couches, giant TV, kitchen well stocked. Our dogs loved it too. We will 100% return. Owners were very responsive and helpful as we made a last minute reservation and they had to go above and beyond to assist us. "

"Such a beautiful spot between the wildlife refuge and the Bay! Very comfortable house with everything we needed, spectacular sunsets and quick walk across the quiet road to the beach. Owners were responsive and helpful. So nice to be able to have our dog with us. We’ve stayed in several houses on this stretch of Prime Hook and this was our favorite. "

"Chez Soleil is the first VRBO property we rented a second time, and for good reason. The spotless house is right on the quietest beach imaginable, with million dollar views. Our Corgi had a grand old time, as Primehook beach is pet friendly. I'm sure we'll return, sooner rather than later. "

"We got so lucky to have a full week of perfect weather in late October. It was dead silent on the bay and the beach was mostly empty; a pair of herons were constantly in view from the windows and the porch. We managed to find good places to eat and explore even though it was off season, I imagine next time we'll try and catch the boardwalk when more things are open...but we were perfectly happy to appreciate prime Hook either way it was really really pleasant"
