Welcome to Shady Pines Bungalow! I'm excited to offer you this modern tiny home that can accommodate up to 5 guests with style and comfort. This unique bungalow features two bedrooms, a full kitchen (without an oven), a full bath, free parking, and a private rear patio (lanai) Additionally, the bungalow comes with all essentials, including a full fridge and a washer/dryer.

Located in a prime location, you can easily walk or bike downtown to enjoy various restaurants, arts, theaters, shops, a park, and a riverwalk. The DE Turf Complex is just 10 minutes away, while Lewes and Rehoboth beaches are a 20 and 25-minute drive, respectively.

Milford is a delightful town that hosts various family events throughout the year. During the season, there's a Farmers Market every Saturday. In the spring, our town hosts a Bug and Bud Festival, the Shamrock Crawl, the Cinco de Mayo Festival, and many more. On the first Friday of every month, we have a downtown event called First Fridays, featuring food trucks, games, and vendors. In the fall, there's the Riverwalk Festival, Octoberfests, our annual Halloween Parade, and a winter Holiday Crawl. You will always find something to do in our charming little town.

As you arrive, you'll see a welcoming green bungalow, a convenient keypad entry, and a large bay window. The bright and airy living room/kitchen combo greets you with a cozy table for two and a comfy sleeper sofa, perfect for relaxing while watching your favorite TV shows on the smart TV.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a full-sized fridge, a four-burner stove (no oven), a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee maker. An island provides extra prep space, while the pink washer/dryer adds a pop of color.

The full bath is located off the living room and is stocked with all the essentials, including a stand-up shower.

The bedrooms are comfortable and inviting. The main bedroom features a double bed, plenty of drawer space, and a closet for your belongings. Meanwhile, the second bedroom is hidden behind a secret door, adding to the bungalow's uniqueness. It features a cozy twin bed, perfect for kids and adults alike.

While the bungalow is not a perfect replica of the Golden Girls, it is an homage to the era, the Girls, and the storyline. I have decorated the rental with unique and thrifted items, making it a truly unique place to stay.

I have two dogs, but they are fenced and have no access to the bungalow. If you're an animal lover, I'm happy to introduce them to you. Two cats also live on the property. One is named Wee Beasty, and he's anything but wee, weighing 20 lbs. He's extremely friendly (in cat terms). The other cat is Dorothy, a tiny black-and-white cat who will lie about how hungry she is. Don't believe her.

Finally, my home is nearby, so you might see me coming and going. I will respect your privacy, but if you need anything at all, don't hesitate to reach out!
