The W House...
- Enjoy some wine on Wood Ave
-A brief walk to WIldemere (3 minutes) or Walnut Beach (10 minutes) to enjoy the sun and water.
This peaceful beach community is welcoming and ready for you to come explore. Take a stroll to the coffee shop, restaurants, beach boardwalk, and the BEST ice cream shop... Walnut Beach Creamery, or maybe order in and enjoy relaxing out back on the beautiful patio by the fire pit and enjoy smores.
The space
The home has 3 bedrooms & loft area in the 3rd bedroom with a futon for 4th bed if needed. I don't recommend the loft area for young kids under 5 due to the stairs.

Enjoyed our visit to Milford.
We enjoyed our stay at The W! The short walk to the beach was great! We loved the coffee maker and made delicious lattes each day! The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.

Cozy beach house
Rented this cottage for my daughters graduation from college. Lovely house landlord answers right back when you send her a message. Left us a little host gift. Parking Is in adjacent lot. We did not have trouble finding parking, however, some people parked us in and it was hard to get out of the lot. Not the fault of the landlord. Beautiful backyard with a fire pit and outdoor string lights. Made a nice background for grad pics with the family. Only has one bathroom, but we made the best of it. The bathroom is on the first floor bedrooms are on second floor. Overall, we had a great stay! Michelle was an awesome landlord

My family had a great weekend at The W! Our kids loved the loft room and the close access to the beach and the bird and wildlife sanctuary. The fenced in yard was great for enjoying coffee in the morning and sitting with our dog. Host Michelle was great and the directions and instructions were super simple. Thank you!
