"I absolutely LOVED my stay here. I initially felt a little old for it as a middle-aged woman, but the vibe was incredibly positive and kind. Down-to-earth, artsy, friendly, fun, comfortable beds, great bathrooms with an awesome shower. The rooms are small, but there is so much common space that it really doesn’t matter. "The location is very convenient to PNCA, Powell's Books, and many nice restaurants. But the real standout was the hotel. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby features a rotating art display. The pool is pretty big and looks like fun for the kids. Don'tuss the view from the rooftop patio! "

"I’m a bit on the shorter side and found the beds quite high to get into, they were comfortable to sleep on so that made up for it. If you’re shorter than 5’3” you might want to ask about options. The hotel is an easy walk to The Moda Centre and the Tri Met stop. Although there is a coffee shop on site we didn’t get to try it due to its limited hours. There is a large homeless population in the area but we were never approached or felt threatened."

"This is a nice hotel right in downtown Portland. I wasn’t there long enough to experience much of the hotel but the staff was friendly and my room was comfortable and clean. The area around the hotel had lots of options for walking to get coffee and doing some shopping. "
