The room was very comfortable. Quiet even though right near the freeway. Comfortable bed. The smell of cleaning products was a little strong, but at least you could open the window. I would say it was very, very adequate for an overnight and convenient. The staff was very helpful. You looking over the marsh is lovely.

Room price was so high and the room was too basic. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Kimberly who checked me in. Room cleanliness especially balcony was just average. Mattress needs to be replaced, not comfortable at all.

We stayed for two nights. We never had our room cleaned and we had to request clean towels the 2nd day. The electronic doors broke so we couldn’t get to our room. The staff did not care to help, answer questions, or even answer the phone. I paid for a Bay view and did not get a Bay View. It’s a great location and FloodWater restaurant is really good.
