The space:

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. Other amenities such as satellite TV, High Speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer are also provided. A fireplace, a private access to the spa and an authentic Finnish sauna are also some of the attractions of this welcoming chalet.

Other things to note
-IMPORTANT:

-All guests have to fill out a pre check-in form through a "EnsoConnect" link to our online guest guide sent upon the booking confirmation.

-The verification steps require the guest to fill out the contact information, a valid ID and an authorization for a hold for the security deposit of $800.

Please note that the $800 security deposit will be frozen and not withdrawn from the credit card and will be released 7 days after the departure if no damage was done to the property

Other points to note:

– Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is applied and the tranquility
of the premises must be respected at all times .

– A penalty of $125+tx per night per additional person will be retained

– We accept pets (max. 2 per rental) but there is a $100 fee for
hypoallergenic cleaning.
All our chalets are guaranteed allergy-free.

– Please note that it is important to keep calm and respect the
neighborhood after 10 p.m. We will not hesitate to withhold the entire
security deposit in the event of excessive noise after 10 p.m. and/or
nocturnal uproar;

– Arrival is after 4 p.m. departure is before 11 a.m.

New Bee is located 50 minutes from Montreal and the following ski resorts:
-Morin-Heights (10 min.)
-Saint-Sauveur (20 min.)
-Olympia Summit (25 mins.)

No shoes inside the chalet, please

Noise:
Excessive noise is not allowed either inside or outside

* SPA *
It is compulsory to take a shower and do not have moisturizing creams before using the SPA
The spa is available throughout the year.

* Smoking *
Smoking is prohibited inside the chalet.

* ANIMALS *
Pets are accepted in the cabin for $100 / stay
The chalet only welcomes 2 animals.

*TV*
The chalet is equipped with smart TV with Netflix and Youtube.
No cable TV provided


* LOGGERS*
There is an outdoor home at your disposal
Six logs are provided for free per stay
If in need of more loggers, you can buy from the store located 10 minutes away from the cottage.

The chalet is equipped with a good 12 Mbit internet connection
The living room has a fireplace to keep you warm
The BBQ is designed for your outdoor meals
The spa is functional all year round
You have access to a multitude of activities adapted to all seasons.
