If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet perfect getaway, you are looking in the right place!!
This home is spacious, bright floor plan with high ceilings. 5 bedrooms, Master bedroom with king bed, master bathroom with spacious tub, 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bed with 2 twin bunk beds, on main level. Downstairs is a Game Room with Bar, Pool table, Ping Pong, Darts, Poker table & Tv by the bar. 1 bedroom w/ king bed and a second w/Queen bed. Work out equipment, treadmill and Bike. 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, grill on patio. A large inviting living room with fireplace and mountain view windows. The ultimate quiet, peaceful getaway!! Relax on the large patio with mountain views or night cap at private in-home bar. Mad Russian has a golf course and we offer clubs for your use. We have a mens, womens and kid set that can be used. This is a great getaway in Northern Colorado, close to Greeley, Loveland and Ft Collins. 50 minutes from Denver and the rocky mountains. Casinos in Blackhawk and Central City, 90 minutes. Estes Park is 1 hour, very beautiful and great restaurants and stores. Neighborhood is very nice and safe to take a walk around this beautiful area with no worries. I have lived here for 11 years and this house has been in our family since it was built in 2001. We absolutely love it here and we hope you do too! Close to Horsetooth, where you can go for boat ride , hiking, fishing or just hang out for the day. Grocery store 5 miles away. Cheyenne Wyoming, 60 minutes away.

Lovely home in nice neighborhood
The property was perfectly fine and very well ammended. The problem was the garbage in the garage was piled up with 2 full garbage cans that had not been emptied. Unfortunately we saw a mouse in the kitchen one night. But these things could be easily remedied with some care from the host. Hopefully they already have.

Softball Tournament
The house was very nice. Great location between the different softball parks. The neighborhood is nice and safe. The house entertained the kids and adults. I plan to stay here, if available, next year.

Amazing family vacation
This House worked out perfect! Teenagers each had their own room. The three couples had their own room and there were enough bathrooms also. Game room was wonderful every evening when we got back from doing whatever it is we did we were all over Colorado. We went all the way to Colorado Springs went into Estes Park, just had a great time and still able to have some good family togetherness and bonding This was one of the best vacations we have taken and having a great home to stay in that also if we wanted to golf, we could go ahead and golf which we did. Thank you to our hosts you are marvelous!

Worst vacation rental
So disappointed with the property and the unprofessional host that was challenging to get ahold of. Property has unsafe features broken chairs broken bed back stairs were in disrepair along with a good majority of the house. Listing has amenities listed that were not provided and or were broken completely. Brought to host attention and with her lack of communication was forced to call VRBO so we were not held liable for the already present damage. When host did respond she attempted to have us kicked out. Said we broke house rules by having my family stop by and for smoking outside which clearly states we could do so. After 6 literal hours on the phone with VRBO it was determined we had every right to stay and we weren’t in violation of contract. So host response to any concerns were met with retaliation instead of resolution. Host had no apologies and refused to respond to me having to communicate with VRBO staff. Would not recommend to anyone.

Had trouble with the Kwikset code at checkin and couldn’t get it to work at all on second day
Locked out for almost an hour trying to get resolution on day 2. TVs would not connect to the internet. Dryer would not work and balcony steps were very soft with a loose railing. That absolutely needs to be fixed! Lots of amenities for games etc and spacious for all to be comfortable. Nice neighborhood

Weekend stay at Milliken near Johnstown and Loveland
My brothers and their wives, and my husband and I spent the weekend for a celebration of life and funeral for my mom. The location worked out well, we were 15 min from my niece in Johnstown and 25 min from my sister in Loveland. The house had plenty of space for everyone, great amenities for making breakfast or dinner. And lovely views of the front range.

Loved the amenities within the house. Everything was clean and there was so much space for our family of 6. Kids had a good time playing games and hanging out in the evenings after long days in the cities or mountains. Great place, would definitely stay again though it was probably a little further away than we would have liked.

Work Trip
Was the perfect space for my coworkers, and I. We had enough room to spread out, and just wished we had more time to enjoy the house instead of having to work the entire time. Colorado stay in Millikin
The house was very nice. Plenty of room for the whole family. It was a little far from Fort Collins but not bad. Most of the issue was the road construction in the area. Overall, great place to stay.
