quiet and sheltered but a bit too far from the sea. Hard to find but local and landlady very helpful. Rather small had it been raining but the weather was good; Landlady Josephine was extremely kind and welcoming. First communications were not very successful so we were left in the dark about directions to the house etc.

Beautiful studio apartment that was so cozy and extremely clean (I am picky). The apartment was bright, cheery and had all the conveniences needed to stay there. It is a rural property so there are roads that meander down to the property but we found it via phone directions. Josephine was a superb and welcoming host. This was by far one of the best properties I stayed at!

Beautiful Donegal
My stay at this property was nothing short of perfect. Josephine as a host was polite and knowledgable and I felt I could have approached her with any queries at anytime. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous. A lovely private studio apartment with a gorgeous view of the bay from the very cosy and comfortable patio in the front of the apartment. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore this part of the country as it is ideally situated to visit the major attractions this county has to offer. There are several beaches closeby and a lovely seaside walk just a 2 minute drive from the property. I would highly recommend this property for any couples looking to get away and explore this beautiful county in the north of ireland. Perfection.

A little piece of Heaven on earth!
As experienced travelers and renters of owner rentals, we had various experiences through the years. This property just amazed us! First you can sit on your private patio a listen, just listen, and what do you hear? Nothing! Really, nothing! No traffic, no anything except a rustling leaf or distant bird. The silence is beautiful! That was our first impression as we looked at the incredible view of the world class flower garden just a few feet away and the incredible ocean views beyond! The apartment, although small was cozy and comfortable with a great little kitchen and very comfy bed. Our host was simply delightful with tips of local spots and great restaurant recommendations. We definitely will return to this heavenly spot! If you are planning to visit this area we highly recommended this for a couples quiet retreat!!

Host Josephine is wonderful - friendly yet discreet so that you feel welcome and yet have your own space. Lovely touches like milk, sugar, tea, coffee, scones were waiting for us when we arrived - not to mention the chocolate covered digestives! Handy location for touring Donegal, quiet, charming, and welcoming.

Kleines Paradies

Rundum erholsamer Urlaub
