"The inside of the house was beyond my expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious. The floors were immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with all the right amenities and the beds were the best mattresses I had been in for a rental house. There was an issue with the water and the avant team got right on it and was fixed in good time. Any questions I had they were very good at communicating and solving problems. It is so secluded and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and eat at the house. The house was very clean. "

There were a number of discrepancies, the home was not what was expected for the price. To his credit Jerry was very communicative."
