"The apartment is functional, great shower, clean (other than cobwebs on the windows), fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. However, it was incredibly hot and the windows are wired so that they can only open about 4 cm. There was a fan in the bedroom but it was extremely noisy. I am guessing they’ve had trouble with people leaving the windows open in the past and so have secured them in this way, but then they need to get AC as this was extremely uncomfortable. "we were there with some friends and we kept getting threatened because of our age probably but we assured them that we werent there for a party , they were saying they were gonna come out of nowhere to make sure we were 5 , she also added on to threaten us that if we left late she was going to keep our deposit money our whole stay the was bery uncomfortable and after we left they refused to give us part of our deposit back and although we cleaned the house they claimed that we left it dirty...

"Great communication from Cotel, check in was a breeze with the self servixe code provided. Top floor of 7Zero1, thank heavens for all the windows and the heat wave! Thankfully there a was a fan left. All amendities needed to return back and cook dinner, chill a bottle of wine and even have a pot of BJ in the freezer. All in all a great stay - thanks! "

"We had several issues: Patio door to balcony (we were on third floor) had no key so could not make it safe for children. Windows had no limiters on them so they swung right out and you could have topped out. Windows could not be pulled shut easily because the handle had nothing to pull onto hence the seal was not tight and rendered the double glazing useless and we could hear all the noise from the restaurants we overlooked below plus the fight that broke out at 2 pm. All the problems listed...

"We stayed for 10 days and everything was perfect. Clean flat, well equipped kitchen and fast wifi. Lucky met us on check in and went through all the details about the flat, which was really nice. We would definitely stay here again."
