Historic Brewer's Hill is a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood with beautiful older homes from the turn of the century. It used to be home to many of the beer brewers whose breweries were on the river, hence the name Brewer's Hill. The neighborhood is residential, but is walkable to restaurants, the Riverfront, and the downtown area. It’s a great place if you’re coming to enjoy Summerfest, Bastille Days, any of the downtown festivals or take in a Buck’s game or Brewer’s.
This unit has a private 2 car garage with room for 1 additional car in front of the garage for a total of 3 parking spaces. Street parking is also readily available & is free for 3 nights with permission from the city. Milwaukee has Bublr bike stations all through out the city. The Hop, Milwaukee's street car, has a station 8 blocks away. Uber & Lyft are available.

***Please note, this unit is located in a building with multiple units & neighbors close by. All units are short or mid-term rentals. While the building is newer construction, the sound barrier between units is not perfect & you may hear some overhead noise from other guests. There is a house just a few feet away from this unit's living room & they can hear louder groups. We absolutely do NOT allow loud or late night partying. If you feel your group cannot adhere to the quiet hours (10:00pm-8:00am), please do not book this unit. The listing is equipped with a noise monitoring system. You will be alerted if there is excessive noise detected. If the noise continues, it could result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
