This place was amazing, before you even go you can request a bottle or a floaty for your room. The best part was the pool is heated. And you can change the temperature in the room aswell.

The suite was clean. No complaints there. Hot tub and steam room were nice. Overall the interior is outdated and should either be updated to be more modern or made to be more rustic to fit with the chalet style suites. The controls to all the systems were not well documented or labeled so it took some time to figure out how things worked. The massage chair was ripped and very old. Should be removed or replaced. We went here for our anniversary and overall it was a good experience and we would probably go again. Price point was reasonable for what was provided. The add ons that are offered might be good if you are not from the area but they are overpriced and one can get better quality if you bring your own amenities.

Quiet, close parking to the room, Buildings are showing their age, well maintained grounds. Didn't like the step between the bed and the rest of the room, to me dangerous! Took forever for the shower to get warm water, might have been just me! Didn't get a chance to use whirlpool tub, but the steam room and massage chair was excellent! Bed and pillows were great. Could use a few more channels on the tv.

Easy check in. Pleasant lot. I loved that we could futz around with all the different lights while trying to get comfortable in the room. Its nice to be able to talk about and explore the room. The room was more expensive than most of the fancy hotels in Milwaukee, but it had so much to it that I did not even realize. Worth it.

i booked this for me and my fiancé for an overnight to celebrate our engagement. it was a fantastic experience from the moment we arrived. the security guy was extremely helpful as well. when we got to our room it was better than i expected. the private pool was clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. 10/10 experience and we will be returning again.

Couple Bonding time

Our room was so comfortable and relaxing. We had a massage chair that hooked the Bluetooth for our own personal music and the Whirlpool tab in the room along with a private back porch area and you could hear birds at night and crickets and it was just beautiful. The ambiance was amazing, the staff went above and beyond and they had little extras that we didn't even think about to make our stay more pleasurable. We called within 30 minutes of walking into our room to see if they had availability for the next night but unfortunately there were booked.

Cool idea, bad experience

Room concept is great, experience was terrible. When I checked in, the counter agent told me I could have saved about $50 if I booked directly instead of through Hotels.com - I had no idea they existed util I found it on Hotels.com, Then proceeded to charge my the full cost, instead of the reduced rate he just mentioned, plus a room cleaning fee that he said was waived for Vets, but he had to charge because I booked online. Room was very cool, except the steam shower didn't work correctly and the hot tub was stuck at 109 degrees - other than that, room was cool. I accidentally left an important bracelet behind that I took off before going into pool, immediately contacted the front desk when I realized my mistake, apparently room service couldn't find it, in the exact spot I told them it was. I'm certain someone is enjoying it now, but I didn't enjoy my stay. Thumbs down
