"My stay was great !! Felt safe and welcomed upon arrival !! Staff member Danny has a very pleasant attitude and friendly as he was treating all guests. The place is simple, nothing too fancy but still very convenient!! Locating was awesome to the west part of beautiful Monterrey !! The mattress was nice and comfortable!! I will definitely recommend and will return as a guest very soon !! "

"Everything was good. The problem that we found was in our room. The water from the shower spills off all over the bathroom every ltime, creating an unsafety and slippery condition. We were changed to another room and the problem was fixed. Good service and fast solution. Not an excellent room. BTY, you need to ask the receptionist if you need a microwave or fridge in the room. They are not in the rooms anymore."

"Very Wide Room at the Entry. There are 2 elevators. 1 for the Lobby and reception and 1 for the Rooms at that level. Little surprise of not to have the reception at the entry. Nice Location."

"The thermal waters and the construction around the pools are great. The rest is pretty bad. No hot water in the rooms, no WiFi, a water leak from the ceiling, the lighting is terrible, dark because the only window is tiny, the view from the only window is to the parking lot. Having those majestic mountains around is a real pity you see parked cars. Had to beg for a hand towel and a bathroom mat. The selection of food is poor and no healthy options. This hotel needs a new vision to keep up with comfort and technology. "
