"I was amazed how clean throughout the entire hotel and rooms were. They have a VERY nice and welcoming residential room with nice sitting area, balcony with table & chairs, free coffee & tea, TV, vending machines. The laundry room was clean and was convenient to do laundry. Overall I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!"

"We arrived into Haneda at 7am and were able to drop our luggage at the hotel for storage once we arrived. Due to jetlag, lack of sleep and heat we weren't feeling great. The hotel allowed us for a much needed early check in which we were massively grateful. Upon leaving, the concierge helped us print off train tickets and ordered a taxi. We would love to stay there again if or when we're back in Yokohama.."
