"There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort. First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing. We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained. There are a few things I wish that I had known before we stayed there. Maybe other reviews...

"I really enjoyed my stay here. Very close to the town of Sabang for conveniences, and my poolside room was very comfortable with everything I needed including a fridge. Love the hooks everywhere as I had plenty of wet gear that needed to dry out. The restaurant had a huge range of food options and the quality was pretty high. Pricier than other places I stayed in Philippines but not crazy high. Diving was good, and dive centre is close. Pleasant to sit on the water and have sea breezes. Staff...

"The Villa is a beautiful property with breath taking views, The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. A wonderful surprise was that they sent a car to pick us up at the port and to drop us off for free. Smart Tv in the huge villa room a clean swimming pool and a private beach with a coral reef the hotels provided free snorkeling gear .. Highly recommended slice of paradise. "

"Not sure if there was confusion with my booking but my room for the first night was disappointing. However, I was able to get into another cottage the following morning for the rest of my stay, which was much nicer, especially the bathroom. My booking included free breakfasts so that was nice. I opted with the American breakfast which consisted of eggs, bacon, and toast. Overall, a quiet and chill place with easy access to dive shops and the nightlife. "

"Very unusual floating cabins, very comfortable, nice ocean breeze. Staff was genuine and concerned for our comfort. Food was very good, original and plentiful. Our stay was only a one day celebration. I would recommend a stay of 2 or more days as the logistics of getting there and opportunity to relax made it difficult. "Pros: Easy check in/out. We stayed 1 night on their apartment unit with enough space for a family of 7. Towels and toiletries were provided. Cons: Big cockroaches everywhere inside the unit. Receptionist gave us wrong WiFi password. It would be nice to have microwave or toaster since only 1 burner works on their gas range. We didn’t get the chance to see the amenities since their apartment units are separated from the main hotel building. "
