What can I say! The property was lovely, clean and comfortable. Lots of lovely walks nearby. Local pub served great food. Frank was a great host. Will definitely go back.

No bedding or Wi-Fi!
Arrived late due to traffic issues to find there was a mattress with a sheet on it on the bed but no bedding. The owners could not provide bedding so we went to Tescos and bought a duvet, two pillows and pillowcases. Also there is no Wi-Fi. The property is well maintained overall and in a good location to explore the area.

Fantastic hideaway
I’m so glad I stuck with trying to hire this property despite VRBO being a nightmare. The cottage was in perfect condition. Having dogs we appreciate that sometimes owners don’t want dogs ruining things so we don’t get top quality. This was perfect. A lovely position not far from the coast at Minehead and Blue Anchor but set out along a county lane so very quiet. There is a bridle path within a few yards so great for early morning late evening walks. We would definitely recommend it and go back ourselves.

Wonderful small property
We've stayed with Frank & Hazel over the jubilee weekend. The property is well looked after, very clean and the owners are amazing. We will definitely be back. Were able to walk into Minehead which was great as we didn't need the car. The location is great with lovely views from the garden and a short walk into the wood and up the hill. Not far from the beach neither and nearest pub is 10-15 min walk away. Definitely a 5star all the way!

Perfect little place
The place was spotless and modern , had everything we needed ! In a good location only about 20min walk to town. Set on a lovely country lane with a nice walk for the dog at the top . Fran and Hazel were very friendly and welcoming . Would definitely recommend.

"Probably"... The best...
A very warm welcome from Frank and Hazel on our arrival... The cottage is very well equipped with top quality fixtures and fittings. Located in a quiet area of woodland and just a few minutes drive from beaches, shops, and attractions. Ideal if you want to take your dog, as there is a safe gated garden and drive so you can leave your door open and let your dog walk around... The property was clean and very comfortable bed.. The walk in shower is a real time waster... (sorry if ur water and electricity bill is higher)... just didn't want to get out!! 😊 All said, it was just amazing, and we would recommend it to anyone.. Thanks again Frank and Hazel xx

Absolute gem of a place
Absolputley loved our weekend for my boyfriends birthday. The little welcome tray and mill was greatly appreciated. And also the suprise birthday cake they helped me organise! Highlight of put stay was having Bowley over for breakfast hes a lovely dog!

Lovely Break in a Lovely Cottage
It would be hard to fault this lovely cottage unless you were intent on blaming it for the slightly iffy weather. Frank and Hazel seemed to have thought of everything, the location is lovely - uphill dog walk for the energetic, not too far from the Britannia pub for the thirsty, easy to find accessible to Minehead and Dunster. The room was spotless and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. I couldn't recommend this highly enough.

Weekend Break
The property is in the ideal location for lovely walks with the beach only 10 minutes drive. Because we took the dog with us I always look for a property where I can let the dog out, and I looked at it wrong on the details as the seating area looked as if it was fenced in behind the locked gate of the property. This did not hamper our stay though, would definitely recommend it and love to book again in the future.

Fabulous little Gem
Had a lovey short break, Frank & Hazel made us feel very welcome. Lovely treats left for us and our two little dogs. Great location, fab decor, really comfy large bed. Would highly recommend, and we will definitely be returning. Tanks again to Franz & Hazel
