Poor management
Owner cancelled on us 1 hour prior to arrival time. Refused to answer her phone after multiple attempts. Seriously disappointing! We were really looking forward to our stay. If only she did a better job of keeping up her property. She didn’t even reach out to us. We reached out to her regarding another question then she decided to email us. Couldn’t even give us the respect of a phone call.
