There are a variety of fun activities in and around the lake, from hiking and kayaking, to restaurants and shopping, all conveniently accessible from the house.

Located in the gated community of Windwood Coves, there is easy access to Lake Anna and the surrounding attractions. You will also have access to the beach common area, which features pavilions, tennis and volleyball courts, a playground, and storage for kayaks.
As for the house itself, it features a full kitchen with adjoining dining area, including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, dishes, utensils, and other conveniences. The master suite features a king-size bed, and has its own bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, as well as a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, and has direct access to a bathroom. The kids' bedroom includes double and single beds. The newly added garage bedroom has a Queen bed with direct access to a full bathroom. In the living room you will find comfortable seating and open space to relax. Additionally, a washer and dryer are included for your convenience. The house also has a spacious raised deck with seating and an outdoor dining area, perfect for family dinners and more.

The garage and shed are not accessible.

Check in procedure:
Because Windwood Coves is a gated neighborhood, there are some extra details to be aware of.
When you first arrive, it must be during gatehouse hours, so you can receive a guest pass. Without a guest pass, your vehicle will be towed. There is also an $85 replacement fee if the pass is lost.

Gatehouse Hours:
7am-6pm Monday-Thursday
7am-9pm Friday
8am-8pm Saturday
Closed on Sunday

If you need to check in outside of these hours, please connect with us before your arrival (check in can be no later than 11pm).
