Cozy wooded Rancher 3mins from lakefront beach!

Nice one level rancher nestled on a semi-private wooded lot . We are a 3 bed 1 1/2 bath home and our kitchen is fully equipped . We try to provide the feeling of Home away from Home feel. We do provide a guide book so take a browse when you arrive.
Come and enjoy nights by fire pit or test your culinary skills on our black stone grill while listening to your favorite music on our indoor/outdoor stereo system . Enjoy playing some bucket ball and corn hole along with some other games provided yard side .
Wake up to gorgeous sunrise on the front porch or side covered porch or sit on the deck with your cup of coffee or morning beverage to start your day off. We do have kayak on premises to enjoy a day paddling out on lake front . So Pack a lunch and bring your beach chairs and head down to swim or relax at our private community beach which is a few min drive or walk. If you want to get out and about just take an adventure and tour the local wineries and breweries . Test those taste buds at veto’s pizza or have a drink and enjoy some awesome live music at Lake Anna taphouse within five minutes of the home. If you want to venture out kings dominion is about 50 mins from the Lakehouse. We do have a boat ramp available in our private community which is only a few minutes from the house so bring your boat and water toys.

Excellent rental
Modern, beautifully decorated house. It was immaculate and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The beds were very comfortable, great shower, and all new modern appliances. The covered porch was wonderful as was the stone fire pit. We felt right at home. This was the best rental we have ever had! Thank you.

Eagle's Nest is the BEST!
This cottage was perfect for our weekend getaway to Lake Anna! Not only are the house and property beautiful and quaint, but the place was immaculate. The location is great, with easy access to the beach and community boat docks. Love that it's a gated community as well. Definitely recommend the Eagle's Nest!

House and Property are everything advertised, Beautifully decorated very comfortable. My one complaint, listing advertised a slip that was designated for our use was occupied, when asked a vague sorry and we'll contact the HOA was the response ( Slip Never was cleared). We go to the lake to Boat and Jet ski looking for places that have slips so we don't have to take our toys out of the water every day . Major bummer, for future renters I would contact them before reserving to be sure the slip is clear.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. It’s a short drive to the lake where our kids enjoyed swimming & the playground. Would highly recommend this property for families!

The Eagle Has Landed!
This is a beautifully decorated, exceptionally comfortable house that will not disappoint. I loved the eagle theme and even saw a live eagle pluck a fish out of the lake. We’ll be back, I hope.

Perfect Family Getaway
The home was clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the swim area nearby, and the kayaks were a big plus. The location is quiet but also convenient to the grocery store and cider/brewery. We would love to stay again.

Perfect vacation home near Lake Anna
This house is located in a quiet and gated community. There is lake access within the community. The house was spotless and organized. The owners have provided everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We enjoyed morning walks and using the kayaks. There are great outdoor spaces and the den is a comfortable place to watch movies. We were very pleased with our accommodations! Would definitely rent again if we have the opportunity!

Awesome House!
I grew up on Lake Anna and my Dad lives on the Lake. I have been renting houses at the lake when I have friends come down for a long time. This is one of the best set up, cleanest, stocked up places I've ever rented. Host was more than accommodating. Would highly recommend. This will be my go to spot in the future.

Perfect getaway!
Everything about this house was perfect for our stay! It was so cute and clean. They had everything you would need including a fully equipped kitchen, pack and play, and fun games for the family. We really enjoyed the community beach with the playground - it was perfect for the little one. Also, the owners were extremely friendly and responsive. We would recommend this house and stay here again!

Great house
I was well familiar with the neighborhood because I've been coming to this area for years. The house is a quick drive to the dock/beach, or a several minute walk. The house is very nicely decorated, clean, and had everything needed to make our vacation at the lake great. TV's in every room, fully equipped kitchen, outside sitting areas. The kayaks were a nice addition and we used them several times. There were also cornhole boards that I would of brought on my own, but was able to leave them at home because the owner had let me know. There were other outdoor and indoor games as well. The only issue was there were large bees that would mostly come out at dusk on the porch. I messaged the owner and she said would work on addressing the issue. Overall a great house and we would definitely consider coming back for future vacations there. Thank you!

I really enjoyed the time at Eagles Nest, the home is very clean and tastefully decorated. It's has everything one needs in a house from the kitchen to the yard. My grandchildren enjoyed the lake. U will definitely returned.

We stayed for a weekend and were very comfortable! The hosts thought of so many nice touches, including kids books, family games and more! Great Getaway!
The house is beautiful and well stocked, with everything we needed to cook and play, inside and out! Lots of lawn games, amazing porch (the ceiling fans kept all the bugs away) and thoughtful touches, like s’mores, kayaks to borrow, and even decorations to celebrate the birthdays we mentioned. The hosts were extremely responsive to even our tiniest questions, and everyone we met at the beach was so friendly. We loved our stay!

Exactly What We Needed
We loved our time at this house on Lake Anna. The house was pristine and very well stocked. We borrowed some kayaks from the house and had a fun time on the water. We finished our evenings with some time around the campfire eating s'mores -- which the hosts kindly left behind for us. Very relaxing time all around.
