"Stayed here as a single parent with my daughter. Cheap and cheerful right next to the atomium. Tram stop right outside to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The man on reception didnt speak much english but he was lovely, very polite and kind to my daughter. Very welcoming. Would stay again "

"Upon arriving at the property Alex met us outside, shown us around. Room was big and bed very comfortable, breakfast was great and very simple. "We arrived very early on a Saturday morning for our hotel stay and was greeted by Benoit. We asked him if we could drop off our luggage as it was too early for check in but he said he had a room for us. What a nice start! Our hotel room was recently updated and very roomy. We enjoyed our stay there. We walked everywhere and didn’t find things to be too far away. We also asked for late check out and Benoit said since we were members we could check out at 1pm. Great service."

"I stayed in room 214 there was thick dust on the skirting boards near the window. They had no butter for toast at breakfast on our second morning which was dissapointing. Lady on breakfast checking in was a little abrupt on the first morning but was better on the second morning. Overall enjoyed my stay. "

Despite food menu at the bar area I was told there is no food available (there is a nice cafe for breakfast) so drinks but no food to go with. Nice room - very well appointed with plenty of towels!!
