"This is one of the hotels that occupy the old state run hotel block. It is signed in English but a bit hard to find, the lobby is through the door for the coffee shop. No English spoken but the staff is fairly helpful. They do not like to take credit cards and prefer cash but are able to accept cards if you insist. The room is fine, clean and comfortable. There is not really a view and the window was broken though. Plenty of hot water and toiletries although the shower didn't drain well. ...
