"My family and I have stayed in these apartments in downtown Minneapolis twice now, and our stay is always wonderful. The neighborhood is really great and very walkable, with lots to do. The apartments are always very clean, spacious and have a pretty view. The property manager, Jerry, was very kind and helpful before/ during or visit. He was always available for questions and concerns and we really appreciate his availability!! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Mill District. There are so many things to do and restaurants to try all within walking distance. We are both 70 years old and felt perfectly safe on foot; even at night. Our unit was a bit worn, but spotless and had everything we needed. Our only complaint is the furniture. The bed was squeaky and the mattress was very thin. The couch and side chair were both uncomfortable to sit in for very long. After a long day of sight seeing it would have been nice...

"Fresh and clean! Nice space. Quiet neighborhood. Its a new listing so there was a little confusion communicating with host initially but host very responsive after that."

"Accommodation was excellent for our group size. Our host was very courageous and quick to react tour needs. The apartment could have had a few more items such as cutlery and dish washing supplies. The listing indicated $25.00/nite for each additional guest we were charged $100.00/nite for 2 additional guests."

"The place is an upstairs apartment on a two story house. It is very clean and tastefully decorated. It has a nice sized bathroom, 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds and a kitchen modestly supplied with a fridge, an electric stove, a small microwave and a coffee maker. It would of been nice to have a toaster, but we did okay. Very basic dishes and pots and pans. Could use a cutting board. My friend and I stayed 2 nights. Overall our stay was lovely.
