Was not happy that the hot tub didn't work and was told by desk staff 'you have one in your room'. (Sauna didn't work either). Breakfast choices could have been better and more of them.

It was hard to find the entrance but it was located in a quiet area.

Room not properly stocked for number of guests, should be nightlight lighting when getting up to use the bathroom as light switch is outside the bathroom so gets bright for those sleeping if you want light in the bathroom, sauna didn’t work, hot tub was warm (but not as warm as it should be) and half the jets didn’t seem to work, plus the area you sit on is very rough.

Great, friendly staff. Missing iron ing board in our room, my daughter’s room had one but no iron. No tea bags except for herbal ones. None in rooms at all, only coffee. Breakfast was okay, but no fruit except apples. The land around the hotel was mostly weeds, very sad and not well taken care of. At least kill the weeds to make it look neater, even if they can’t afford to replace shrubs. Should provide baby cribs, my Grandaughter had to bring one on the plane for my great granddaughter to sleep in.
