Good size kitchen. AC is 1 wall unit and once given the chance it kept the home nice and cool. Good area. Communication with host very good. Check in and out super easy. Only complaint… only 1 non-flavoured coffee option!

GREEDY LANDLORD! DON'T STAY HERE!
I have never been so insulted in my life... Let's list all the negatives of this property 1) I was promised a parking spot in the back. When we arrived, there was not an open spot. That spot was open and also taken at different points of the weekend. 2) The front door cannot be accessed by a code so when we were forced to park in the front, you have to walk all the way around back. 3) There is no central AC and the window unit is in the living room so you have to leave the bedroom doors open if you want the house to be cooled. 4) the sink in the bathroom... I have seen cups bigger than this sink. 5) The internet sucks. I asked the owner about getting access to the faster 5G internet and they didn't have the password. They complained they didn't want to fix it over a holiday weekend. Sorry, you would have had to work instead of sitting around and making money off of me... I complained about these things at the end of the trip because they didn't all come at once. It added up at the end of the trip. The owner of the property complained that I had kids and that we left "dirty diapers in the trash can". I am paying you a TON OF MONEY in cleaning fees and you had to WALK THE TRASH BAG TO THE TRASH CAN OUTSIDE! THE HORROR!!! This owner is a lazy, crummy landlord who does not deserve your money. Spend it elsewhere.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood in a convenient location in an area of Minneapolis with no hotels. We wanted to be close to family who live nearby. The apartments is recently renovated and quite comfortable. We’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in the Twin Cities.

Lovely apartment!
My husband, son, and I were in town visiting friends and stayed in the apartment for 3 nights. It was exactly what we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable, and there were helpful extras like a home office and washer/dryer. We definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the Twin Cities!
