I was not impressed with my stay. The toilet chain broke on the toilet and I asked the front desk if somone could come fix it. He said the maintenance guy wasn't in until the next day, but could move me to another room after I was already all settled in my room. There were some very noisy neighbors as well slamming there door all night. Above the shower on the ceiling the paint was falling off and just didn't feel real clean. I won't be staying here in the future for business visits.

Room service had to be requested and even when it was requested we didnt get it. The breakfast was okay variety but food was not very good. The room itself was big and had decent amenities. The plug in bathtub was starting to get plugged so water collected and didn’t drain fast.

The stay here was the worst I've ever had a hotel. While getting breakfast (and before checking out), housekeeping entered our room, threw away groceries we just purchased, and took my girlfriend's belongings to the counter. To top it off, there was a "do not disturb" sign I left on the door. When speaking to the Ass. Gen. Manager, she immediately became defensive and uncooperative in finding a resolution to the matter. And said the general manager won't be available for a month. The initial intrusion and inconvenience left us feeling violated, and has caused my girlfriend all kinds of anxiety. The assistant manager's response left me more upset and angry than the housekeeping incident. I recommend finding another place to stay if you value your safety and security, especially if you are a lone female traveler. I'll never stay here again and highly recommend you find a place to stay with better management and customer service. In addition to this incident, some toiletries like lotion and toothbrushes were missing initially and we only noticed after the housekeeping intrusion. Additionally, all of the rooms in the suite felt unsweeped or dirty. The fit and finish of the rooms was subpar. The flooring doesn't run all the way to the walls, there are nail holes with mission mirrors or paintings, and the adjustable shower wand rail ends up lowering to about 4 feet and is very difficult to raise up again. A terrible experience from a bad assistant manager in 1star place.
