We had never stayed at a Tru by Hilton and were pleasantly surprised with the room. The shower was the nicest shower I have ever seen in a hotel. The breakfast was wonderful and we loved our stay. We will stay again!

The hotel was nice and clean, front desk staff were pleasant. House keeping woke me both mornings by 8 despite the do not disturb sign hanging on the door. Hard wood floors look nice but incredibly noisy from the floor above. Charge an additional $10 a. Ight for parking

Hotel itself was great. Friendly staff. The only downfall was the advertised shuttle. It didn’t say you had to call and book it for airport pickup. I found that out after sitting at the airport shuttle area for an hour trying to get ahold of somebody. Then when leaving to go back to the airport the shuttle driver was visibly upset when i knocked on his door Monday afternoon as he was parked at the front door and woke him up from his nap. He said I had to book his service at the front desk. Front desk said I had to wait 30min. I ended up just getting an uber.

Our trip was mainly to visit the Mall of America and this hotel was so close…brief walk to Black Friday Shopping saving at least $24. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had a great breakfast. Thank you Tru for a great experience.
