We loved everything about it, the chandeliers in the lobby, the roof top terrace, the bar & lounge, the gardens, the outdoor seating, and the restaurant. "This was one of the best stays we have ever had. We couldn't ask for anything more. From the hotel staff , to the multiple dining entities, it was a dream. It was perfect. They always made sure we had water on our bedside table with turndown service, which was a perfect touch after a long night drinking wine in their restaurant. "Hotel was immaculately clean. Very pleased with the room. Fantastic pool area and the shuttle bus was invaluable. Only booked bed and breakfast and Breakfast was good although most people suggested that the food was average. Sorrento is a wonderful holiday resort with so many nice restaurants. Recommend booking the classic trips to Amalfi coast and Capri from the hotel. Good value and pick ups and drop offs at the hotel."
