We chose Mainstay for the price, but found it excellent and met our needs well. I especially appreciated the later (11:30) checkout, and they were even flexible enough to give us a little longer. Thank you! The room could be a little bigger for having a kitchen and eating there, but it worked out OK for that. Walls are a little thin for noise, but not terrible.

Checked in at around 10:25pm and was greeted by friendly staff. Room was nice and cold, which felt wonderful after being at the hot state fair all day. Everything was clean. The duvet was dirty and torn in multiple places. Drapes were falling off and you could see they had attempted to tape them to the wall unsuccessful. When we came forward with concerns about the duvet the front desk clerk was quick to correct the situation and said how embarrassing this was. I give her full credit for her response.

We had stayed here previously but it was very run down this time. Entrance windows so filthy it was hard to see out. Hallways nasty and towels so paper thin it was hard to dry off. Disappointed this trip.
