This was the cheapest room available in minot and I know why. Everything was outdated n the walls are paper thin you can hear everything. It wasn’t dirty and it wasn’t clean either. Next time I’ll spend a little extra n stay somewhere else. The staff was super nice though.

I didn't even get to stay in my room. And at that it was non refundable. The lady denied me my reservation and told me to come at a later time. I would like a refund back honestly won't ever book a room with that hotel again

Run if you can, the property is very Dirty, noisy and unsafe.The frontdesk lady looks like hight and the frontdesk area smells like weed. When we arrived in hotel we saw couple of people drinking alcohol and a couple fighting, but the frontdesk didn’t do anything about it. We end up booking to different hotel, and They don’t refund my money !! Don’t waste your time. Book somewhere else.

Our first room was filthy so we were moved to another. Both rooms had old fabric chairs that were dirty and stained (NOT a leather chair like the pictures). Our bathtub was stained and marked up with gross caulking. The room looked nothing like the pictures and we were charged a premium rate since there was a festival going on in town. Unfortunate that we couldn't get into a hotel anywhere else. Gross. Never again.
