Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by centuries-old olive trees and majestic oaks. Pedestrian paths surrounding the property will lead you through lush vegetation of myrtle, laurel, strawberry trees, and rosemary, creating an atmosphere of serenity with the surrounding nature.

Villa delle Rose welcomes you to its splendid garden, enriched by a rectangular-shaped private pool, dazzling with light and surrounded by evocative lighting. The pool is not just a space for refreshing but also a place for relaxation and entertainment, thanks to the charming whirlpool that enhances it, providing a unique wellness experience.

The villa features two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Additionally, it has an open-space attic where two sofa beds are located. The bathroom is situated on the lower floor. The strategic location of the villa on a hill overlooking the Gulf of Gaeta offers breathtaking panoramas and unforgettable sunsets.

The outdoor spaces, with spacious terraces and well-kept gardens, are ideal for enjoying peace and tranquility, perhaps while sipping a glass of local wine.
