The housekeeper on the day of check out was upset with his co workers (something he stated himself) and was very rude and uptight about our check out time which was already handled by the check in/counter staff."

"Poor communication with host,house ran out of propane while there.took time but they did get emergency delivery.nice house but in need of several repairs.outside patio door didn’t have a lock.2 of the bedrooms are in the garage with no curtains,very chilly only electric heaters.warmed up in time.house was cold before we left,but still had hot water thankfully.wondered if host turned temp down…. and we had children and babies."
