"The hotel was great for what we wanted The food was fantastic to lots of options We really thought the hotel room was lovely - But could do with some soft close hinges on the doors as alot of people bang them shut every morning and evening waking everyone up. The pools are great - the loungers could do with cleaning as they look dirty some of them. The drink prices are fantastic to we were half board. I also noticed some staff don't always understand what is asked for such as one morning...

"I've stayed here several times - it's convenient for me when transiting from Alicante airport. I always travel late in the day so this is the perfect stopover point. The hotel is fine, it's clean, the staff are friendly, it has a bar, the restaurant is self service and sometimes not everything is perfect. It's sometimes noisy outside but we are above a bus station so I accept that. I will stay here again, no question."

"We stayed in a sea view room the views were amazing. The only area which let the hotel down was the food we’re not fussy but the food was sub standard. The rooftop bar was amazing but there are no toilets up there and there were a dozen or so floor tiles loose. Overall we had a great time just certain little tweaks would make the experience much better."

"The hotel was facing the beach, you can see the world go by by sitting in the balcony. The restaurants, bars and shops are just around the hotel. Bus stop is just outside the hotel. The only negative thing was the breakfast, one time is was cold. "

"I loved the hotel, it was beautiful. The staff were very helpful taking my mobility scooter backwards and forwards tonthe parking area. However i was disappointed and surprised that i had to pay €6 a day to park my scooter at the hotel and was not permitted to have in the hotel itself which was difficult to manage as i have very limited mobility and found it very difficult walking around such a large hotel without it."
