You'll enjoy staying at the Majestic Sun at Seascape Resort located in Miramar Beach. This beachfront vacation condo is located on Scenic Hwy. 98 with convenient beach access and stunning panoramic views of the Emerald Coast.

The best things really do come in small packages!  This quaint but spacious 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is big on Gulf views, comfort, and relaxation! The spacious balcony, perfect for relaxing and taking in breathtaking views, is part of this condo's appeal with large windows and sliding doors. The full kitchen with coordinated appliances and an open floor plan will provide you with plenty of space and function. Whether it’s to prepare a meal to dine in one night or to enjoy that extra cup of coffee the next morning you will surely relax and recharge.  The private primary bedroom offers a king bed.  Bunk beds located in the main hallway are perfect for the children and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps two.   

When you’re ready for some Florida sunshine, step down to the white sand beach or make your way to the large community pool.  After a day in the sun and surf, enjoy a few holes on the beautiful golf course, or on-property tennis courts and full-scale gym.  Being located just a couple of minutes from the Seascape Towne Centre where you have a choice of local restaurants, and activities including Lazer Tag for the family,  lasting memories can be made!  The Miramar Beach area offers a wide variety of national cuisines, tons of shopping, world-famous golf, and the popular Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill. Great building for multi-family
We visited Destin with two other families (all staying in Majestic Sun). Had a great week. The location is our favorite in the area. The walk across the street is convenient. It’s a little frustrating if you’re not renting beach chairs as the rental companies take ALL the waterfront real estate leaving the rest of us peasants a short section of beach to cram all of our umbrellas and chairs into. It can get crowded. But, a great family atmosphere, friends were made. Would definitely return.

Great Waterfront Retreat
We found the property totally fit our needs. It was clean, nicely located just across the beach road, beach-front, and well equipped. Convenient parking garage is definitely a plus! Small, but adequate for a small family.

The location is fabulous for overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and walking distance to restaurants, bars and groceries. Some items/areas in the condo are in need of TLC and updating (furniture cushions uncomfortable/need replacing and bed is losing its firmness). However, everything was clean and welcoming.

Great condo, wonderful view, fantastic location!
Great property and easy to access from the bridge. Shopping, restaurants, attractions all extremely close. Owners and manager were easy to work with and get in touch with. I even left some clothes in the dryer and the management had them to me 24 hours later. I will be returning to this condo next trip down.

The condo was conveniently located and the view was very nice, but the condo needed to be refreshed.
The unit had a funny smell, the bed was terrible and the living area felt crowded. I enjoyed the location but will stay somewhere else next time.

Love the view!
We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It is a great location within walking distance to many good restaurants. The air conditioning stopped working while we were there, so they put a temporary window unit in that evening. The next morning someone was there to fix the system. Fast and friendly fix. I would stay here again.

Very happy with location. Walk across street to gorgeous beach. Very safe area. Walkable restaurants. Only negative Very hard king bed. Couch was more comfortable. Excellent customer service. Our flight got canceled and we were able to talk to someone on Sunday and rented for another night. She was awesome I wish I would of remembered her name. Would recommend

Ok place to stay..
Property was clean and had a great ocean view. We wish it would have been disclosed that construction was going in the building; it was very loud in the morning. The next morning fire alarms were being tested all morning. Also wish the main bedroom had a curtain over the window to provide more privacy, since it looked out to the main public hallway.
