Welcome to the most coveted cul-de-sac in Miramar Beach! Aqua Reina is a modern 4 bedroom home located a short walk from the sugar sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. The home is equipped with everything you need to feel your best while you are away, with something for everyone.
The backyard boasts an enormous 20'x28' oasis style pool with expansive outdoor seating and space, while the garage space hosts a complete exercise space for casual gym goers and fitness enthusiasts alike.


Home Layout: Sleeps 12
First floor: 1 bunk bed room, 1/2 bath, sleeper sofa.
Second floor: 3 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms

*Check-In – 4 PM (Central) *Check-Out – 10 AM (Central)

**Pool can be heated from November 1 - May 30 for an additional $25 daily fee. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival**

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay. We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
