This property has an enclosed parking garage with a height limit of 6’5”(77 inches) with no overflow parking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Lower your expectations
Great view, but nothing luxurious here. No icemaker, moldy tiles, cheap and worn towels. Minimal at best. Renovation desperately needed here!

DO NOT BOOK THIS UNIT THROUGH VRBO, GO TO VACASA DIRECTLY
This unit is nice, but nothing outstanding. The plates and utensils are nice as well as the pots and pans. But the knives do not exist!!! There is a bread slicing knife and a set of steak knives. We cook at home. I had to go out and buy a Chef Knife so that I could chop onions.... This building is going through a MAJOR RENOVATION!!! There is DUST, NOISE, SMELLS and DEBRIS everywhere. The view is fantastic...but you can get that anywhere

The condo has an amazing view of the beach and pool area. Easy access to the beach and pool. Condo was comfortable and situated in a prime location. The kitchen was well equiped for our simple meals we prepared. Overall it exceeded our expectations and made our trip memorable. We’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in this area!

The Perfect Location
Could not have asked for a better resort, building, or condo! Beautiful view from the living room and balcony! Was able to load and unload the car right at the door to the elevator without having to park and walk across the street! Can not wait to stay here again!!! Hopefully in the same home!

I went for a weekend with friends. Plenty of room for 6 people to sleep. View of the ocean and great restaurant attached to the resort. You have your own section of the beach. This condo had comfy beds, 2 spacious bathrooms, and all the necessities you need. I highly recommend booking this place for your next vacation!

Amazing view!
Right on the beach! Perfect spot up on the fourth floor so you can see the water and view perfectly without your view being obstructed by the dunes or a porch railing, like some condos we have stayed in. Large open living/dining room, living room and master bedroom steps out to a patio, and the king bed is very comfortable! The condo’s amenities were nice and easily accessible; it had 3 pools, sauna, and the pavilion/bar also had a great restaurant, we ate there for dinner one night and the surf and turf exceeded expectations! Our favorite parts were: 1. The view 2. Being able to walk down to the beach and right to our chairs which made it easy to walk back up for lunches 3. it’s the last condo on the beach so it’s like having a private beach to the right! 4. Topsl isn’t as crowded as other condos 5. Beautiful drive in/walking trails on the premise 6. The little put put course 7. It is across the street from Baytown 8. Great location in the middle of everything, short drive to 30A, food, shopping, grocery.
