Enjoy stunning Gulf views at Majestic Sun from this newly updated vacation rental beach condo during your next vacation in Miramar Beach, FL. Majestic Sun 804A at Seascape Resort is located directly across from the beach on the eighth floor and sleeps a total of 6 with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas including the master bedroom! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and Summers breeze from your private balcony. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.


Upon entering this newly updated two bedroom, two bath vacation rental condo, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch TV. The sleeper sofa in the living area can accommodate up to two guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the stainless steel appliances you would need for a home cooked meal. The dining area can seat up to six while the breakfast bar can seat an additional three people. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers a flat-screen TV, remarkable Gulf views with access to the private balcony and has its own private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bath, perfect for children. This unit conveniently offers a laundry room and sleeps a total of 6.


At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

We’ve come to Destin for 10yrs this by far was the best experience we’ve had! The facilities are outstanding! It smelt like a brand new condo! We highly recommend. The condo was set up nicely and was clean.Just a couple inconveniences: a few of the kitchen appliances weren't fully cleaned, but nothing that impacted the trip. The other was discovering the dishwasher was broke the day we checked in and they showed up to fix/replace the day we were leaving (7 day rental). Didn't find it fun washing dishes by hand all week, with no temporary measures offered. Had to constantly message them to get any info. I just expected a more timely response to a major appliance malfunction considering the cost of the rental.

The condo was very clean, has a modern semi-custom design and felt safe. The ocean was as presented and the walk from the condo to the beach was a simple 50ft trek across Scenic Gulf Drive. She would just go out and stand on the balcony and stare at the water. Would just say "woooooo"Also, one more thing. I had to have the fold out bed fixed during the stay. A bar or something came off prohibiting you from putting the bed back in the morning after you slept on it. The management company had a person out within an hour or so. I thought that was terrific becuase they were very busy and it was not a big deal. it was a big deal to me because I was sleeping on it. LOL. But they did a great job, fixed it and did it all quickly. great work

Summer Vaca 2019
This condo is beautiful!! Completely renovated with the newest deco ideas...shiplap on the bar, ceiling in living room, and kitchen. The granite countertops are very nice and the kitchen is well equip for any type of chef. No spices so bring your own. The beds are very comfortable but look out for that pesky sand which I assume is hard to remove. The kids bunks had a little sand in the sheets. But, they could care less. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and even a "makeup" removing washclothe. Washer and Dryer is nice to have in the room. Really comfortable place to stay, it felt like a home away from home. The disappointing part of the trip was check-in. We requested early check-in b/c we knew we'd be there around 2 pm. Not only did we not hear back about not being able to check in early, but we also had no clue that check-in isn't at exactly 4 pm. We unloaded our luggage and we were thankful we could leave it with the front desk so we could find something to do until 4 pm. We returned at 4 pm only to find our room still wasn't ready, we sat and waited for well over an hour in the lobby with all our belongings. I called twice to get an estimated time for check-in and was told they were still cleaning the condo. So, be aware, your check-in window is 4 pm to 6 pm.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A804 was perfect for our spring break getaway. It's beautifully decorated and has amazing views! We felt right at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for ourselves & 4 teenage boys (crockpot, air fryer, two coffee makers, ample pots & pans, etc.) We had plenty of room to dine in as well. The only downside was soft seating - with the one small couch & chair there really wasn't much room for us to all relax and watch the game or any movies comfortably. The master suite is very spacious and the bed was super comfy. The bunk room is tight and probably made for smaller kiddos, although our boys were okay in there. Side note there is no TV in there. In the end, we were happy they could all be in one room. The Majestic Sun is a nice resort, but they could supply a resort map in the unit. We spent a lot of time looking for the bike drop-off (the reservationist at Glass Casa Carts & Bikes did not know where they would leave them & getting info from them was difficult). Glad we got the bikes, though - the boys had a great time biking the area. The grills were hard to find as well. We planned to grill out one night but shifted gears after finally finding the hidden grills (they are actually near a lake to the side of the garage). They were a little shabby & we didn't realize they use charcoal, they are not gas. And they were difficult to access. The pool area was nice, but smaller than expected for a resort this size. The pools look way bigger in the photos than they are in person, and the outdoor pool was not heated, which was a surprise & a disappointment. We reserved beach service through La Dolce Vita and that was excellent! Seascape has a fun little tiki hut on the beach and the pina coladas are delicious! This review isn't meant to sound negative b/c we had an excellent time - this is all just stuff I'd like to know when booking a condo, so I wanted to be straightforward. We'd go back to A804 and the Majestic Sun
