Welcome to Hidden Dunes Beach Villa 18! This gorgeous three bedroom, three bath villa is located on the ground floor with a large wrap around screened in porch directly overlooking one of the four community pools and hot tub.

There is a king bed in the master, a king in the guest, and a set of twins in the other guest bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Hidden Dunes is the perfect family vacation resort in a private, relaxing community surrounded by stunning natural Florida scenery and endless family friendly activities.

The private beach at Hidden Dunes is just a short walk away or you can just hop on the golf cart beach trolley that runs during season every day except Saturday. Hidden Dunes proudly offers more private beach per unit than any other Destin area resort.

Beach Villa 18 has covered private parking, spacious living room with comfortable seating, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, wrap around screened porch and washer/dryer.

We love hidden dunes!

This villa was very conveniently located and very clean. A short walk to the beach and to the tennis courts. Make sure to bring your own beach towels, and I kind of wish I’d brought my own throw blanket but great stay and vacation!

Wonderful Stay

We had rented another Villa in Hidden Dunes and they needed to have word done so they changed our unit. All went smoothly with that. The place was lovely and in a great area. We will be back!

Welcoming and Cozy

Apon arrival the property management was very welcoming. They shared all the information needed about the property and to us communication was key. They ensured that the property was very clean and equipped with all items needed for our vacation. We loved how spaceus the condo was very well kept and loved the short walk to the beach. This property also had beach toys my kids were able to enjoy during our stay so that was a plus for them. Overall we felt at home and would be coming back soon.

This property was awesome. Everything in the description was accurate. The pool and hot tub stayed open till 10pm. The basketball court was 24 hours, lit up, and already had basketballs. The security personnel where great. The property was clean with all the basics for about 2 days (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc.) The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes along a nice trail. The screened in porch was nice and lead right out to the pool. Everything worked (all 3 showers, toilets, dish washer, washing machine, etc) Lastly, you can call the security gate and have a golf cart take you to the beach. We didn't use the service but the driver was nice and helpful.

Great Stay!

Wonderful, clean Villa. Bigger than we expected, felt like home. Plenty of towels for each bathroom. Beds comfortable. Pool and hot tub very clean, short easy walk to the beach. Safe property. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful property

What a wonderful place to stay! The property is beautiful, condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is so well stocked with dishes and gadgets, and it was so easy to communicate with property manager! We loved the location of the unit, right near the heated pool and the screened in porch was delightful for these northerners escaping the cold. Loved that the unit is ground floor and all one level. Our expectations were exceeded. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place

This was our second summer staying at villa 18. We are absolutely in love with it and plan on coming back every summer. Clean, beach decor, comfy beds, big showers. It’s just steps to the pool and minutes from the beach. Cannot say enough good things about this villa.

Villa 18

This was a beautiful property with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. So close to the beach and the swimming pool and hot tub are right outside the back door. We had one small issue and the host were there within minutes and took care of it. There was great communication from the start. I will recommend this property and will definitely come back and stay next time we are in the area.

We had a wonderful time. Apartment is clean, spacious and very nice decorated. Great location. Pool was next to the apartment and beach was steps away. Apartment was equipped with a vatiety of utensils, even for the grill, that was outside in front of the pool. There are restaurants and places to hangout nearby. Definitely a place I would come back for vacation.

Well-equipped condo!

We have always stayed in the Cottages at Hidden Dunes, but with the extra space and roominess of a villa, I think we will be staying in them from now on. Villa #18 was especially well equipped from everything from kitchen equipment to linens. I was there with my husband, daughter and granddaughter. They really enjoyed the closeness to the heated pool. Overall the vacation was wonderful!

Communication was key in the rental process. My family and I felt very fortunate we were able to find a property that offered everything!!
