This spectacular unit is a truly unique find at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort! No expense was spared in upgrading this unit to be your next home away from home!

As soon as you walk into this house, you will notice the upgraded floors and open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and seating for three at the large island. The dining area is situated next to the kitchen and has a square, wooden table with seating for four.

The living area has a couch and chair surrounding a large, mounted flat screen TV. Off the living room there is a special garden room for your enjoyment!

The master bedroom consists of a king size bed, flat screen TV, attached bathroom, and a sliding glass door out to the pool deck and private patio area. The master bathroom has a granite, double vanity and a walk-in shower.

There are three guest rooms in the unit as well. There are queen size beds and TVs in two of the guest bedrooms, while the third guest room has a set of bunk beds. The guest bathroom has a vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Outside there is a private pool for just you, your family, and friends. This is the perfect area for you to sip your favorite drink and relax after a long day at the beach or the golf course!

***PLEASE NOTE: The pool will be serviced every Wednesday even if the unit is occupied. The pool is not heated.
