Welcome to Illyrian Retreat! Our tropical vacation home is located in the quiet, gated community of the Villas of Frangista in Miramar Beach. Our 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home sleeps 15 guests and offers an open-concept floor plan, a fully-equipped kitchen, a glistening private pool, hardwood floors and porcelain-tiled bathrooms. Illyrian Retreat is only minutes from the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and convenient to nearby restaurants, entertainment, shopping and more!

The first floor features a gourmet kitchen, a junior suite, a half bath, a spacious living area and access to the private pool. The fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless appliances and all the cookware and dinnerware needed to serve a gourmet meal. Designed with relaxation in mind, the living area offers new, plush furnishings and a sleeper sofa. The junior suite is furnished with a cozy queen bed and features a mini fridge and coffee maker, a spacious closet with a stackable washer/dryer and an ensuite bathroom.

The second-floor features three additional guest bedrooms, a master suite and a hallway bathroom. The first upstairs bedroom is lovingly referred to as the “bunk room” and features two sets of bunk beds (twin over twin and twin over full). The second and third are both furnished with a cozy queen bed. The master suite features a luxurious king bed and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities. There is also an upstairs laundry closet and a furnished balcony accessible from the hallway or master suite.

Illyrian Retreat is conveniently located just a few blocks from the beach and nearby the area’s best shopping, dining and entertainment. In addition to one of the nation’s largest designer outlet malls, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, located just two miles away, our premium location is convenient to The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard Shopping Center and the Destin Commons!

We booked last minute due to hurricane Milton forcing us to leave our original plans. Over all this was a good place. A few things would make it great! Definitely needs toilet paper holders and towel holders in the bathroom. As well as extra pillows, towels and blankets, there was not any extra found for the pullout sofa and one bed was missing its cover. We had to message for more bedding and the ceiling fans but got quick responses and fixes. Happy to have early check in too! Yes, the pool is in the front yard and quite small but the kids still had fun! It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach to the public beach access near The Whale Tail. Plenty of room to park 3 cars and a golf cart.
