*POOL CLOSED from 9/9/24 to 7/31/25 for renovation. Guests can use the pool next door at the Beach House Restaurant but must wear the BS wrist bands. They can also use the Phil Hummel Pool on the North side of Sandestin. The Linkside Pool can also be used starting in November of 2024. Discounts have already been added for the inconvenience.

Located in Beachside II on the 4th floor in Sandestin ®, this condo offers stunning views of the sugar white sand and the famous emerald waters. This newly remodeled beachfront condo has a king bed, sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, closet, full bathroom with shower, and a full kitchen. This is one of the few "studio style" setups that offers a full kitchen. The balcony includes a patio table and chairs for dining with a view. A washer and dryer is also located in the condo for your convenience.

Amenities include a pool that is seasonally heated, fitness area, gulf views, 3 elevators, grills on the pool deck, ice machine on first floor, tram service, private beach, free parking and WIFI.
