Great vacation
The condo was nice. The only complaint was the beds need to be upgraded. The sofa bed needs to be replaced and the bunk beds were not the best. Overall it was nice and clean and in a very great location. We will definitely stay her again.

Our stay was okay. Was tight for 5 people but that was expected. A lot of the outlets did not work and we had to purchase an extension cord for two rooms. Pull out couch bed was pretty uncomfortable (slanted which was odd) and there were very little extra bedding/blankets. Thank goodness we drove and brought blankets. Condo was not the cleanest. Some things that we have had in our past condos that this one did not: - no hair dryer - beach toys and chairs - there was one adult chair and one kid chair. We had to purchase beach toys and 3 chairs. (Heads up for bigger families) Overall we had a great time. The condo was in a good location, close to the beach, which was our goal.

We stayed four days here, the condo is very nice. Right across from the beach with easy accessibility to the water. We also enjoyed the pool and the condo is close to some really good restaurants. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. Thanks for a very nice stay.

Perfect for the Beach and Pompano Joe’s
Excellent value. The location is fantastic, probably the best block of Miramar, with public beach access literally across the street, and very close to Pompano Joe’s, the excellent (huge) beach bar and restaurant we love, just to the east, maybe 3 minutes of walking. We had a great time, using for both a beach base and a travel exploration base, driving east to Grayton, Seaside, and Rosemary. Very comfortable. Pictured view is 100% authentic. Parking was always available, though got very close to full last night heading into Memorial Day weekend. Quick drive to Publix and lots of shopping. This condo has almost everything you need, but could use some very easy fixes. Balcony door doesn’t lock (though risk of cartoon cat burglars is low 😀); only a single roll of TP (and no tissues) and single dishwashing pod were provided; I cleaned fuzzy mold out of the blender; and there is a musty smell from the moisture created by the very effective AC. Bathroom door is sticking to floor from (probably) a combination of misalignment and humidity. But if those are the only issues I can think of after 5 nights, it’s beyond solid for the rate.

Wonderful condo!!
We recently stayed here and had an amazing time. I was absolutely floored by how close the condo was to the beach considering the low cost. From the time we walked out our front door to the time our feet were in the sand was no more than a minute or so. It was very clean, fully stocked, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. The owner, Bobby, was so understanding and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment is in a very convenient location, spacious but overall old building. Overall very nice Experince. Checking out was questionable as the Vrbo posting lists 11 am but the cleaning person was at my door at 9 am.

Nice and easy
We had a bad experience with our original booking. We left the other place and found this place immediately. Bobby got back to me within minutes to book and we were in the new place within an hour or so. Unit was clean and newly renovated. Steps to the beach and nice pool. We are just so grateful Bobby was so quickly accommodating. Our trip turned out perfectly.

Nice beach access!
My sister and I felt safe. The patio furniture could be updated and there were a few things that could be done to improve the condo. Is would have been nice to know that you need a key for the pool from the middle of the buildings, luckily we were able to get in and out by the road entrance because trespassers had broken the entrance and it had not been repaired yet.
