"We booked a room with 1 double bed and one single or twin bed in the same room, the hotel on the other hand seemed not to be aware of that and after being sent in a room with only one double bed we needed to change rooms, the advertised pool is empty, the breakfast is good, overpriced for what you ..."

"The property is lovely. Could use some updating. Got stuck in the elevator but it was quickly resolved. Our suite was large and comfortable. Removing the carpet and putting in wood floors would make it feel fresher and cleaner."

Great setting but over priced
"Location and setting is amazing, it truly feels integrated with the park it’s set within, and with that comes this great sense of peacefulness which we loved . Staff are super friendly, breakfast/ restaurant is very acceptable and decent dishes, tea and scones are a must try. But not all is well ..."
