Short family stay

First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. Sofa was dirty. TV connection extremely bad - "blizzard screen". Beds were comfortable and view out into the sea was fabulous.

Good location and excellent facilities

It was a night stay on transit in Miri. It was a very short stay but judging from the facilities available, guests can enjoy their stay in comfort. Suitable for families with children too.

A great comfy hotel..

This is my second time staying here.. Everything is great.. Absolutely great.. You will have a great privacy, great view, nice swimming pool, great facilities, good security and most of all, great price.. For sure i will come again and recommend it to others..

Nice apartment for family

My accommodation were 3 rooms apartment. Very clean and cozy. The sofa is nice. The dining table are good and comfortable for 6 people. The apartment also comes with two units of Samsung LED TV with USB, Samsung refrigerator, a microwave oven, electric stove with ventilation fan, a Samsung full auto washing machine, dinner plates, iron board with iron and a hair dryer. It's complete for a short family vacation. The swimming pool has good depth both for adult and kids swimming pool. We park at the basement parking and so far no problem with vandalism or thieves. The only bad experience I had was that I got stuck in the lift no 3 for 1-2 minutes on 28/12/2017 between 3.30-4pm (could not remember the exact time). The lift suddenly stopped between Level One and Basement for around 30 seconds to 1 minute. In between that time, I have decided to press the Basement number again and the lift works just fine a few seconds later. I am aware that some of the lifts are under maintenance but did not expect the lift to stop between levels. My other family members who uses the lift has no problem and what happened to me is a coincidence. Overall I recommended this hotel for families who are on holiday with more than 2 families as the facilities are great. My family and I will come and stay here again for our next holiday trip. Keep up the good work.
